The cafe concept is as same as our steakhouse restaurant which offers the various type of meat with the butchery facility inside.
We want people to involve directly in choosing their meat to be grilled and seeing the difference in grading, cuttings, and the origins of the meat. We categorize our meat based on country of origins. We imported our meat mostly from USA, Japan, Australia, and New Zealand. "Fresh Meat" is our prior commitment. We always serve the fresh meat for our customers. We don’t use any tenderizer, and preservatives. We only use real ingredients to prepare the meat. Our mission is to educate people, especially steak-lovers, to understand the quality of meat and the taste of real steak.
